Today marks a significant milestone for Loving Memories Photography & Design LLC – it's been exactly one full year since I took the reins of this wonderful business! As I reflect on the past 365 days, I am filled with gratitude, excitement, and a profound sense of accomplishment. I can look back on so many moments from the past year and say with so much happiness in my heart -- "Wow - I did that!" and "I got to be a part of that!"

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest thanks to our clients. Your support, trust, and patience have been the cornerstone of this journey. I’m truly grateful for the grace you've extended to me, and to us as a team, as we navigated the challenges of our first year. Your belief in us has given all of us the space to grow, learn, and evolve into the business that exists today.

This past year has been a journey of discovery, learning, and growth - personally and professionally. Owning Loving Memories Photography & Design LLC has been an incredible experience, filled with both triumphs and lessons. I’ve embraced the challenges, learned from the setbacks, and celebrated every success along the way. The knowledge that I have gained has been invaluable. It's shaped not just the business, but my perspective on what it means to capture the moments that matter most. It has also given me the ability to show my three children what it means to provide something great to the community, and they’ve been able to witness their mama learn, laugh, cry, create and persevere through obstacles along the way.

None of this would have been possible without the amazing team we've built. The dedicated photographers and hardworking editing staff have been the backbone of our success. I am so thankful that they chose to be part of this, providing their time, their talent, and their true passion for what’s captured with the lens. I am so immensely proud of all of them, and the passion they bring to their work.

I am also extremely grateful for the support and guidance of old friends and familiar faces this past year. The photography 'scene' here in York has proven itself to be a community of support, learning and mentorship.   

Our accomplishments over the past year are a testament to the collective effort of this team and the unwavering support of our clients. We've captured countless beautiful memories, from weddings and family portraits - to milestone events and the first precious days of newborns’ lives. Each photograph tells a story, and we are honored to be entrusted with preserving those special moments for a lifetime.

As we celebrate this one-year anniversary today, I am not just looking back - but eagerly looking forward to the exciting journey that lies ahead. I have big plans, fresh ideas, and a renewed commitment to delivering exceptional photography in a space that welcomes community and creativity. The future is bright, and I can't wait to continue growing, innovating, and being a part of capturing even more memories for our clients.
