STUDIO POLICIES

Each of our clients is very valuable to us. We want each photography experience to be as easy and stress free as possible.  Out of fairness for our clients and our staff, we enforce the following studio policies for all sessions.

Studio Hours

Regular Sessions:  Tuesday—Sunday 10:00 AM—7:00 PM by appointment only

CLOSED:  Mondays and most standard Holidays

Session Fee

The session fee includes the photographer’s time and talent, email consultation to schedule and help plan, basic retouching, and electronic image release.  It does not include a CD/DVD or any finished portraits or products.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session due to sickness, injury or a scheduling conflict, please contact us 48 hours prior to your session. 

Respectfully, we also reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, death in the family, inclement weather and other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Payments

We accept cash, check, money orders, and most major credit cards via an online invoice that is sent.  Client assumes all financial responsibility for fees associated with a returned check or stopped payment. 

Session

We want to give each client our full attention as well as their full amount of time during their session.  While we recommend arriving early, please enter the studio only five minutes before your session.

Minors

All clients under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Personal Camera/Video

We do NOT allow outside camera/video to be brought into the studio or on location.  The only exception to this is during a child’s cake smash.  You may video the cake smash but please remain out of the photographers area. 

Pets

We LOVE pets!  Pets are allowed in studio and on location (pending location permission) only if being photographed.  Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.  Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet.

Re-shoots

It is our goal as professional photographers to make you excited and happy with your photographs.  There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues (equipment malfunction, computer malfunction, etc.).  However, due to the creative nature of what we do, we cannot offer free re-shoots for any reason including dissatisfaction with clothing, facial expression, hair, wind or other items beyond our control. In the event that you would like to schedule another session due to one of the above, we will offer a NEW session at 1/2 price and must be scheduled within 2 weeks of your original session. 

Social Media/Image Sharing

We provide all clients with access to your private viewing gallery within a few business days of your shoot.  Please do not screen shot and share images from your gallery.  The resolution and image quality are significantly reduced and this is a poor reflection of our services.  Please also remember that we encourage our clients to use our images on social media as your profile pictures, cover photos, etc. but request that you tag our business page.  This helps us keep our prices low and spreads the word about our studio!
